Delightful ocean and Point Lobos views highlights of this single-level 2,064 sf, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home located just steps from Mission Ranch where you can enjoy memorable meals at Sunday Brunch and Happy Hour, or stroll over to Carmel River Beach.
From this location you can easily explore other nearby beaches, Point Lobos State Reserve and reach convenient markets at the Crossroads and Barnyard Shopping Centers which are all just a few minutes away by car. Hop on Highway One southbound to experience the natural wonders of the Big Sur Coastline.
Living Space
The living room has open beam ceilings, huge windows with beautiful views, large flat screen television, DVD player, and plenty of seating. The wood burning fireplace with a brick surround and a gas starter opens to both the living room and to the dining room. The home is carpeted throughout.
Kitchen and Dining
The well-equipped kitchen has a new induction cook top and double electric wall ovens, microwave, dishwasher, tile counters, and plenty of storage. The dining room has seating for 6 and is separated from the kitchen by a service bar with two stools. A sliding door leads to the deck and yard area off of the dining room. Handsome vintage built-ins line the walls.
A separate office space is home to a small desk that is situated in front of a window that faces Point Lobos, perfect for doing some remote work.
Outside
The exterior features a private front patio with incredible views out to Pt. Lobos through the Cypress and Eucalyptus trees (table with seating for 4), and a separate patio in the back yard area with a table that seats 4.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a king bed, small seating area, TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate shower.
Bedroom #2 has two twin beds.
Full hall bath has a standing shower.
A washer and dryer set are located in a hall closet.
There is plenty of off-street parking in the driveway. The garage is typically not available to guests but can occasionally be made available if requested in advance and with Homeowner pre-approval before a guest arrival.
Sorry, this is not a pet friendly home.
There is one exterior camera mounted over the front door. It is not externally monitored but it can be viewed on a screen from inside the home.
This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
