Small and quiet condominium complex has security doors about 10 steps up from the street level. Units are likewise elevated from street level and this unit is on the top floor with no neighbors above. Once inside, the unit is all on one level.

Hardwood floors throughout give this home a clean, open feel. Living room has a gas log fireplace, large Smart 3D flat screen TV, sectional couch with a queen size pull out bed, and dining area with seating for 4.

Kitchen and Dining
The attractive, updated kitchen has gleaming solid granite countertops and is equipped with sleek stainless steel appliances.

Bedroom and Bathroom
The bedroom has a queen bed with luxurious linens, a Smart HD TV, Blue Ray player and an en suite bathroom. Colorful artwork adorns the walls.
The spa-like en suite bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination, Italian tile flooring and sconce light fixtures.
The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, handy for a child or a weekend guest visiting you during your stay.
Please note that the en suite bathroom is accessed via the bedroom.

Parking for one car is located in the shared, underground garage. Street parking has strict time limits and is available on a first come, first served basis.

Communal washer and dryer are located in the garage basement.
