HOM Forma Expanse is a stylish and comfortable two-bedroom (753 sqft/70sqm) apartment located in the heart of Mexico City, just minutes from iconic landmarks such as El Ángel de la Independencia and Fuente de Cibeles.



The Space:

Upon entering, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with appliances, cookware, and dinnerware. The adjacent living area features cozy sofas, a flat-screen smart TV, and a dining table—perfect for relaxing or enjoying a meal at home.



The primary bedroom offers a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in rainfall shower. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed, and there is an additional full bathroom, also equipped with a walk-in rainfall shower. The home as an in-unit washing machine, and a free communal laundry in the building, that also counts with elevator.

Just a short walk from Paseo de la Reforma, you’ll be surrounded by historic architecture, cafés, restaurants, galleries, and boutiques. Iconic landmarks such as the Angel of Independence, La Cibeles fountain, and the lively Zona Rosa area are all within walking distance.



Colonia Juárez sits between Roma Norte, Condesa, and the Historic Center, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. The area is walkable, safe, and well known for its mix of residential charm and vibrant city life.



Getting Around:

Getting around from the apartment is easy and convenient. Metro stations are within walking distance, including Sevilla, Insurgentes, and Cuauhtémoc (Line 1), which connects you directly to many central areas of the city. Bus and Metrobus stops are located just a few blocks away along Avenida Chapultepec and Paseo de la Reforma, offering frequent routes across Mexico City. Many of the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and cultural spots can be reached on foot.
