Hi there, I'm Glen, looking to have someone rent and help me pay off the mortgage. I'm a quiet and open person with multiple cats. I play a little music (Violin + Piano), feel free to use the piano and the tv and have a console you can use (PS4) or a laptop, and can provide a small tv in your room if you like (not a smart tv, but HDMI with console or laptop will ensure the same functions), ps5 and switch could share too.

There is washing machine, fridge, microwave and stove to share. There is only one bathroom, but you get a separate room, with access to 10-30 mbps WI-FI via router I can provide without telephone connection in your room, have multiple stream accounts including Netflix, Disney+, Crunchyroll, Prime and Paramount to share and free of charge.

Will mainly be working either from home or studying for university, (Bachelor of Science/Masters of Teaching), so not too fussed about rental fee can negotiate.

Please contact me, if you are interested, can send you current photos of the place, happy to have people over, but maybe not long-term stays, preferably just the one person long-term.

There is security cameras in the hall-way and throughout the Parkwood apartment complex, access to nearby park, underground carpark and right next to train station and supermarket.

Have access to a car, on occasion if you need lifts, almost always available unless I'm working or studying, happy to share bills, cooking and groceries .Compatible people: Hope you are tolerant towards cats and music. I have headphones and as long as you close the door, the cats won't intrude, have a lock on the bedroom, for your access. Description of pets: Cats, with bathroom access.
