1 large King size bed in main room.
1 Queen size bed in 2nd bedroom.
2 Single beds in 3rd bedroom.
Chaise lounge turns into a double bed plus possibly a single for a child next to it.

Bathroom with Laundry combined, front load washer/dryer in one. Separate toilet.

The driveway is shared to the shed below, which is Leased.

Guest access
You may use the house and lawn area to the fence.
The area past the fence, with the shed, is privately leased.

There is not direct walking access to the river and beach.

This property is not suitable for pets.
