The Neighborhood:

The property is set in Playacar Phase II, an upscale and peaceful residential community known for its security, lush surroundings, and relaxed atmosphere. Guests can enjoy nearby access to a scenic golf course, perfect for a day outdoors, or take a short stroll to the beautiful beaches. The neighborhood is just minutes from Playa del Carmen’s vibrant shops, restaurants, and cultural attractions, offering the best of both tranquility and convenience.



Getting Around:

Located approximately 36 miles (58 km) from Cancun International Airport, the property offers easy access for arriving guests. There are two dedicated parking spaces right in front of the home, and public transportation and taxis can be reached within a 10-minute walk.



Other Things to Note:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs a the property is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties, events or illegal activities are permitted. Excessive noise is not tolerated, especially after 10 pm, to respect the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages caused during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters must provide a government ID on check-in day and may need to show ID during their stay when identity verification is necessary.

- Pets are not allowed.

- Electricity in Playa del Carmen is very expensive! Please be conscientious of what you consume and help by using the AC wisely. Please keep the temperature around 25°C and turn it off whenever you leave the townhome (lights and fans too). The AC units will cool down the spaces very quickly when you return. At night, please use the bedroom AC only with the door closed to other spaces. For long-term stays (28 nights and more) electricity is not included. After each stay, the consumption will be verified, and you will have to pay accordingly for the usage at a rate of $6 MXN / KW.

- We provide a few home/bath essentials to get you started, like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and trash bags, but keep in mind these items are not replenished. Additional supplies must be purchased by the guest.

- There is valuable artwork and original paintings throughout the property. Although it is kid-friendly, please ensure children are supervised and do not leave them unattended near the artwork.

- Anything left on the floor near the tub will get wet. Please ensure to lift any items off the floor after use to avoid water damage. The owner will assume no responsibility for any items left on the floor that may get wet.

- Please note that in the master bathroom, there is a staircase leading to the owner’s closet. This area is locked and off-limits to guests.
