HOUSE RULE: The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old and must be present for the duration of the stay.



HOUSE LIMITATIONS: While we love to celebrate special occasions, the property does not operate as a venue. Reservations are for accommodations only. No guests under 25 (without parent or legal guardian). No smoking anywhere on the premises.



PETS: Pets welcome with advance written approval. $100 per pet, per night, plus a refundable $1,000 pet deposit. There are also weight and breed restrictions. Max 2 pets. Undisclosed pets: $500 per pet, per night. Please note: pet charges are not included in your booking total. Once your reservation is confirmed and your pet is approved, we will send a pet agreement and a secure payment link for the fee and deposit. The deposit is refunded within 30 days of checkout.



Per the city of Austin's short-term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults
