Escape to The Bay Apartment 15, the perfect beachside apartment in the heart of Rainbow Bay.

The apartment offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms and secure parking for one car, along with resort-style facilities including a large saltwater pool, heated spa and poolside BBQ area surrounded by lush tropical gardens.

The Bay Apartment 15 features a cool, open-plan living area with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, two ceiling fans, comfortable furnishings, and a smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi. A separate dining area seats six, and there are two private balconies, one of which overlooks the swimming pool and gardens.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain while on holiday, including a coffee pod machine (please note there is no dishwasher).

The main bedroom includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, wall-mounted TV, and a modernised ensuite with shower and toilet. The second bedroom offers two single beds, built-in wardrobes, and a ceiling fan.

There is also a renovated main bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a laundry with washing machine and dryer.

Unit 15 is located on the first floor (walk-up, no lift) and includes secure underground parking for one car (2m height).

The Bay Apartment 15 enjoys a fantastic location in the heart of Rainbow Bay, Coolangatta, with a range of cafés, restaurants, and specialty stores nearby, and is only a short walk to Rainbow Bay Surf Club and the beach.

All linen including beach towels is provided, and beds will be made on arrival.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith St, Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 3 minute drive north of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport
