The Space



The residence is split across levels to provide both social hubs and private retreats. The heart of the home is an open-plan living and dining area, complete with a gourmet kitchen featuring a large island bench, premium appliances, and a dedicated coffee station. Large glass sliding doors open to a covered alfresco dining area and a private, secure backyard.



For entertainment, the main lounge offers a wall-mounted TV with a soundbar, while a second living area upstairs provides a quiet getaway with its own kitchenette and access to a sun-drenched balcony.



Sleeping Arrangements:

Bedroom 1: Master suite with a queen bed and a private walk-in wardrobe.

Bedroom 2: Family-friendly bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single on the top

Bedroom 3: Two comfortable single beds.

Bedroom 4: Private second queen bedroom.



The home is supported by two modern bathrooms, including a main bath with a deep soaking tub and a separate powder room for convenience.
