Perfect accommodations and outstanding setting for a family vacation! The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. There were more than enough bathrooms for all with ample bath products in each. The eating area was hugh, which was great for an extended family gathering. The views were spectacular and and the wrap around deck afforded us the ability to enjoy it and other activities outside. But the real bonus was the basement game rooms! Pool, Mahjongg table, karaoke AND shuffleboard! Whoa!! What an awesome place! We will definitely be back!

Wow! What a home! This spacious riverfront home perfectly suited our family’s needs. For a large group of extended family, the 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms spread across 3 floors was just right. The multiple entertainment spaces exceeded expectations. We were able to play games on the deck, enjoy the hot tub, sing karaoke in the basement, watch college football in the living room, and challenge each other to games of shuffleboard and pool. So much fun was had! The neighborhood was quiet, yet within walking distance to a cute park for our kids and a coffee shop for adults. There was one issue with a sink that was quickly taken care of to our satisfaction. The management company was communicative and available, checking on us throughout our stay. We have already begun planning another stay at Oak Shore Haven. Thank you for hosting us!

This property is large and well-situated on the Willamette River.  On the day of check-in, the management company was kind to let us check in early.  The game rooms downstairs were popular with the teenagers in our group.  The view was amazing, the HVAC worked great and the towels were nice.However, prior to arriving, we received a text explaining a problem with the kitchen plumbing. As directed we never both sinks but both sinks backed up as soon as we turned on the water, leaving an inch of standing water with food debris.  We immediately contacted the hosts.  They were responsive but were never able to coordinate a plumber (the only two times they offered were during dinner on the second and third days, which were right in the middle of family birthday celebrations).To complicate things, the dishwasher did not function at all.  On the last day, the sinks backed up again with sewage. Until these issues are addressed, it would be hard for large groups to stay in this house.Other issues were minor.  The house wasn't very clean when we checked in.  There were dead insects hairs that did not belong to us throughout.  Basic kitchen staples were missing. The toilet seat in the master was broken. There was a hole in the wall in the karaoke room. One of the cabinet doors on the kitchen island was broken The grounds need attention.The walkway to the entry was an allegory. There is a large, beautiful asian pottery planter in the walkway, containing a single dead plant.

Great property for a large group! Phenomenal and relaxing views on the deck for those crisp mornings. We had a group of 8 adults, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The basement being a "game area" was a fantastic setup. We really enjoyed learning and playing Mahjong, using the karaoke room, billiards, and shuffleboard. The dining table is huge, with plenty of space for everyone to sit together and enjoy a meal, but we wished there was a larger table outside on the patio. Once the sliding glass wall/door is completed, this property will be on another level. The communication from the hosting company was fantastic, easy directions to the property and how to park, and easy to follow check-in and check-out instruction. We really appreciated the minimal check-out requirements; no striping the beds, starting a load of laundry, starting the dishwasher, etc. Just take out the trash, lock the doors, and turn off the lights... very easyOnly issue we had was that nearly all of the remotes in the house and the karaoke microphones had dead batteries. The hosting company's response was "You can go buy batteries yourself", which left like a brush off; we expected the amenities of the house to function without us having to fix them.Overall, a wonderful property that enabled a great vacation for us all
