Cunjurong Point is a secluded and idyllic town on the South Coast. Its a haven for surfers, it has several stunning beaches for swimming and fishing along with abundant native wildlife. The property is across the road from Manyana Beach on a quiet street. Only 50m away there is a direct access track to Manyana Beach and Green Island. You can also walk to Berringer Lake, Manyana and Bendalong which has an excellent general store and cafe. The Deli Cafe at Cunjurong Point is just a 3 minute walk down the road for your early morning coffee fix. The property is a two story home with four bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and a large fourth bedroom with bunkbeds. There is one bathroom downstairs plus full laundry room and separate toilet and shower upstairs. It has a well appointed kitchen and open living area plus a sun room. There is an undercover terrace downstairs and a covered deck upstairs. The property has two driveways for ample parking and large yard. Espressotoria Pod Machine - uses Vittoria coffee pods. Linen and bath towels provided. At Manyana there are tennis and basketball courts, skate park and soccer field but you need to bring your own equipment. Cunjurong Point is a 30-minute drive to Ulladulla, 25 to Mollymook and 20 to Milton where you will find all the supplies for your holiday. The fireplace is not usable. Garage and bungalow not available.
