Take a stroll along very stylish James St, people watch with a gelato @ Messina, grab the essentials at nearby Gasworks, catch a movie at Palace cinemas, or enjoy a scenic walk past Howard Smith Wharves straight into the CBD

An immaculate apartment, located on the top floor - the building is centrally located, just across from James Street Market Precinct...
Downstairs there is a heated pool, BBQs + a giant TV screen above the pool with movies / sports screened from time to time…
• Curl up on the leather chaise couch & Stream your favourites (Netflix / apps access) on the 55’ Smart TV in the lounge
• Connect to the Ultra-fast WiFi (500Mbps down) + setup your Home Office on the dining table.
• Cook up a storm in the fully equipped large Kitchen with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
• Enjoy a coffee in the morning + a glass of vino in the evening on the balcony with district views from the top floor.
• There’s also a full laundry with Washing Machine & Dryer + everything you’ll need to keep clean :)
• Perfect for families, singles, couples, + professionals, but NOT for parties of any description…
