The layout of the facility was perfect with an amazing view. We had an incredible time with a few young couples encouraging them with their marriages. It was a perfect place to get away and recharge and we made some unforgettable memories! It was the perfect setting for us and our host was very attentive. We will definitely consider coming back!

Big family vacay!

We loved our stay at this home! The property manager was ultra responsive. We had a full house but all felt like we had space. We fixed most meals and enjoyed the week stocked kitchen. These hosts thought of all the things!

Great Family Home

Great place for our family of 23 to spend the week with enough space and activities for all ages. Kitchen was well stocked for us to cook and host a chef.

Family Reunion

Place was in a great location. Great for a family gathering. We had 30 people here. Cons: advertise that it sleeps 30 but the futon are small and do not accommodate two teenagers. Hot tub was dirty and all propane tanks were empty on arrival.

Roomy with Plenty of Amenities

Our large family stayed here for a 3 day respite. This place was so nice and roomy with many different areas to congregate. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans. There was a pool table and other games, which came in handy for the rainy 3 days. It is well situated to water activities and grocery shopping (5 min). It is far enough from Branson to avoid their hastle, but close enough to enjoy their adventures (30 min). This was a well thought out rental.....we will be back.

It's OK

For the price, I would expect the property cleanliness to reflect the pictures. The walls and floors are showing the typical wear and tear of a rental property. Also, the A/C unit filters were completely plugged and had not been maintained. I had to pull them out myself, just to get the unit to cool down. The front door lock failed (the battery was good) and kept us stranded outside for 15 minutes in 95 degree heat until I finally got ahold of the property manager to get me the master key lock box code. Again, for the price, it's okay and far from Pleasing (4 stars), let alone Excellent (5 stars).

2024 Cabin Fever Get Away

This was everything we needed and more. There was lots of space for everyone. It was such a treat for everyone to have their own bedroom and bathroom. It was such a nice set up for our family gathering as well. We always like to do our own cooking when we are together - having 2 stoves, 2 microwaves and a large island - made everything so convenient for that. There was ample seating for everyone as well, between the large table and island seating. The younger adults really enjoyed the pool table. The private hot tub was enjoyed by everyone. The views-both daytime and nighttime- were amazing! The weather was absolutely gorgeous while we were there, so we spent lots of time on the large deck as well. Our family also spent some time in Branson and Springfield since they were both very close and each had lots of activities for everyone. I/We were very pleased with your rental. This gathering is one of our annual get together's, and this rental is one of our favorites by far. We would definitely stay here again. If I were to give any suggestions: it would be that maybe a baby-gate or two would be helpful for those with toddlers that are just learning to walk since there are several stairs. Marvelous place to stay. Thank You for sharing it with us.

4th of July Week

Our family of 11 adults and 5 children enjoyed a week long stay at the house over 4th of July. The house was beautiful and, more importantly, very clean. Comfort is important on a vacation and this place had a lot to offer – the beds were amazing, the kitchen and balcony chairs were incredibly comfortable and the recliners and couches were perfect places to relax. The hot tub, ping pong table and arcade games kept the family entertained along with the table games. The kitchen is well stocked with 2 of almost everything and the owner even gets you started with paper towels, soap and garbage bags. The bathrooms are stocked with toilet paper, shampoo and body wash which is a plus. She thought of most things one would need on vacation. The complex is wonderful, safe and people were friendly. The outdoor pool is a good size and kept us entertained – again, it’s very safe, gated with a code. As for surrounding area, the drive to Branson is very quick and easy. There is little available in the town of Kimberling – the meat in the grocery store over the bridge is awesome! Loved people at Duckies. As for restaurants, there are only a couple in the area. We were able to get a delivery from Target but DoorDash/Instacart were not available. Pizza delivery is only until 8pm. The lake is beautiful – not a party atmosphere – but was the highlight of our trip. Rented a boat at Kimberling Marina - look up Captain Jake. Yvonne was patient with our questions and a good communicator. Thanks
