Sleeping arrangements
The home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 6 beds. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms each offer a king bed, while the kids’ room includes a twin bunk bed plus a separate twin bed. A separate casita opens directly onto the courtyard and includes a large sectional that converts to a bed, its own full bath, and an HDTV. Each bedroom is equipped with an HDTV and sound machines designed to support restful sleep.

Living spaces
Inside, multiple living areas provide room to spread out and relax. The main living room offers a central gathering space, while a cozy den includes a wet bar and ice maker for easy entertaining. A dedicated workspace with Wifi makes remote work convenient when needed. Heating, air conditioning, and an indoor fireplace help maintain comfort throughout the home.

Outdoor living
The courtyard serves as a central gathering point, with several seating areas and a pergola offering shade during the day. Evenings invite guests to settle around the fire pit while coastal breezes move through the space. The casita opens directly to the courtyard, creating a connected yet private retreat. A backyard area adds additional outdoor space to enjoy.

The kitchen provides a comfortable place to prepare meals during your stay, with space for cooking and gathering. A dining table and an eat-in kitchen area offer flexible options for shared meals, while the nearby dining room provides a more formal setting when desired.

Guests have access to a washer, dryer, iron, and bathroom essentials for everyday convenience. The home includes Wifi, a dedicated workspace, and HDTV for entertainment. Safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are also provided. Free parking on premises is available for up to 4 vehicles, and self check-in is available via lockbox.

Neighborhood
Located in Old Ponte Vedra Beach, the home sits close to the area’s beaches and renowned golf destinations including TPC Sawgrass and Ponte Vedra Inn & Club. Restaurants, shops, and attractions in Jacksonville and historic St. Augustine are also within easy reach.

A Note on Road Noise
The home is located adjacent to the Jimmy Buffett Memorial Highway. Some road noise can be heard outdoors and lightly indoors, but each bedroom is equipped with high-quality sound machines for added comfort.
