While you'll enjoy the central location - just 1.5 miles north of the Timbuck II and Monterey Plaza shopping centers, and 2 miles south of Historic Corolla Park and Lighthouse - the large wooded lot offers a uniquely secluded feeling that is uncommon on the Northern Beaches. Looking for excitement? Corolla Watersports, Corolla Adventure Park, and the 4x4 beach are all just few minutes drive away, making this a great homebase for adventure enthusiasts.

A multi-level wraparound deck makes it easy to enjoy the outdoors, with the hedge of trees offering privacy, whether enjoying an afternoon read and laying out out by the heated private pool. Relax in the hot tub, or underneath the shaded cabana if you'd prefer to cool off. The grilling area is right outside the pool fence, so bringing burgers and hot dogs to the pool deck is only a few steps away – and the open yard on the side of the house gives Fido plenty of space to play, too!

Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open from May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is an available option at this property, for a fee of $400 plus tax. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round.

All Outer Banks Blue vacation rentals include bed linens, with beds made prior to your arrival for convenience. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant, and 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per sink. Kitchens include drying towels. We also provide a starter supply of paper towels, dishwashing detergent, and toilet paper.
