Tarragal is a single-level Hamptons-inspired residence designed for families who want both generous space and genuine luxury. Set on 2.4 acres of beautifully maintained park-like grounds with a north-facing aspect, the home embraces natural light, sweeping rural vistas, and seamless indoor-outdoor flow throughout.
Grand open-plan living and dining areas, high ceilings, timber flooring, a fireplace, a designer kitchen with stone island and full butler's pantry, and four generously sized bedrooms sleeping 8 guests — all connected to an oversized covered alfresco terrace and the solar-heated freshwater pool beyond. Tarragal's 15x4-metre solar-heated freshwater pool is open all year round — dual solar heat pumps mean the water is warm in every season, and the remote-controlled automatic pool cover makes it effortless to manage. What makes this pool genuinely different is the water chemistry: a "Naked Freshwater" system means low chemical content and a pure, natural swimming experience — specifically beneficial for guests with allergies, asthma, eczema, or psoriasis.
