HARRY'S BEACH HOUSE is a modern 3 bedroom beachfront holiday home that accommodates up to a maximum of 7 guests. Located in beautiful Black Point, an ideal place to base your Yorke Peninsula getaway!

Living area with Smart TV, sound bar, DVD player, 2.5 seater lounge plus a 2 seater lounger, coffee table, split system reverse cycle air-conditioner. Doors leading out to deck area with outdoor furniture,

Main bedroom with TV and ensuite. All bedrooms have ceiling fans.

Main bathroom with separate vanity, shower and w/c.

Laundry with front loading washing machine, laundry trough, clothes airer.

Rear yard is fenced with rural fencing, outdoor setting on side of house, 2 burner gas BBQ, fish cleaning facility, fire pit (BYO wood) - to be used during non fire season only.

Black Point is a small seaside settlement which offers a beautiful sandy beach, swimming, fishing, sailing, boating and crabbing, making it a popular destination for families and holiday makers.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - king, bed 2 -tri-bunk (double on bottom, single on top - top bunk suitable for children only, bed 3 - queen.
Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Linen can be hired - $44.00 for king bed, $38.50 for queen bed, $27.50 for single bed. Linen includes pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, 1 towel per person, 1 bath mat per bathroom and tea towels, beds will be made up for your arrival. If you would like to hire linen you will need to let office staff know and total cost will be added to your booking manually by office staff.

Dog friendly - fenced yard - rear yard has rural fencing- A $100 refundable pet bond will apply - Please advise in the notes sections if you wish to bring dog - the $100 pet bond will be added manually by office staff when they process your booking.
