• Second bedroom with a queen bed and its own closet

• You’ll also have an in-unit washer and dryer, safe, ironing board and iron, and a relaxing covered balcony or porch for morning coffee or evening drinks.

• Our unit is on the 3rd floor (stairs only) which makes you feel "away" from the noise of other units and outside.
• We can also provide a crib, highchair to make the space family-ready.
• The condo is located just a few miles (5 mins drive) from Clearwater Beach, close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation.
• Tampa International Airport and St. Pete Clearwater Airport is an easy drive away, and Orlando’s major theme parks are within a day-trip distance.
Some stays include a short-term rental application and community registration fee as required by the Avalon association; details and forms are typically emailed before arrival.
