The Space:

This amazing split-level residence is set high on the only elevated street in Tomakin, equally capturing the summer breeze and magical views of the ocean to the south and mountains to the west. Choose your vista from the many patios or the three impeccably furnished living areas, separated privately throughout this multi-level design. The fully equipped kitchen has a brand-new Bosch oven and induction cooktop. This leads to the main living area, with a slow combustion fireplace and spacious dining for 8, opening onto a gorgeous north-facing spotted gum deck, with beautiful garden and mountain views.



Migrate to the upper level lounge area with fully connected smart tv that opens out onto the ocean facing deck with barbecue and another dining table for 8, offering magnificent views towards Tomakin and Barlings Beaches. The lower level includes yet another beautifully furnished living area with a television and leads to the second and third bedrooms, laundry and second bathroom. This area also flows out onto a lower deck and the lush, fully-fenced back garden that backs onto a reserve. The master bedroom with ensuite is conveniently located on the upper living level and has its own private ocean facing deck. There are super comfortable queen beds in the master and second bedroom, with a double and a single bed in the third bedroom. Full linen and bath towels are included in your stay

Tomakin is known for its quiet, laid-back atmosphere, friendly community vibe and easy access to beaches and river activities, making it an ideal location for a relaxing coastal getaway.



Getting Around:

You’re just minutes from Tomakin Beach, Tomakin Cove (great for calm swimming and snorkelling), and Barlings Beach. The Tomaga River is also close by for kayaking, paddle-boarding and fishing. Essential shops like the local IGA, nearby cafés, and the Tomakin Sports & Social Club are all within a short drive or an easy walk. For larger supermarkets, restaurants and activities, Batemans Bay is only a quick 16-minute drive away.

All linen is provided, but please bring your own beach towels. We also supply essentials like coffee, tea, cooking oil, body wash, toilet paper, and basic laundry items. For your comfort, feel free to bring any personal favourites or additional items you may need.
