Experience coastal living at its finest at Orion 3, a beautiful north facing holiday home with spectacular ocean views, ideally perched on the hill overlooking Rainbow Bay.
Rainbow Bay is the incredible beach adjoining the world famous surf break, Snapper Rocks.
Enjoy days lazing by the beach, time in the swimming pool surrounded by tropical gardens, or relaxing on the expansive covered balcony while taking in the amazing ocean views.
Upon entry, your eyes will be drawn to the vibrant blues of the Pacific Ocean, which can be enjoyed from all rooms. Floor-to-ceiling glass saturates the living area with natural light, creating a warm and inviting space to relax. There are ceiling fans throughout.
Enjoy family meals at the large dining table, or relax in the sunken lounge room, which features a 75-inch wall-mounted smart TV and a super-comfortable lounge.
Step out onto the expansive covered balcony, offering breathtaking ocean views and refreshing sea breezes. This is the perfect spot to watch the surfers in the lineup at Snapper, whale-watch in winter, or admire the Surfers Paradise skyline as it lights up at night.
The master suite features a luxurious king bed, smart TV, walk-through robe, and a modernised ensuite with shower and toilet. It also boasts a private balcony with calming views of the Pacific Ocean.
The second bedroom includes two long single beds, a smart TV, built-in wardrobes and sliding door to offer ocean views and breezes.
There is also a separate sitting room with ocean views, a double sofa bed, which can be fully enclosed with plantation shutters or left open to use as an additional living space.
Orion 3 offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and everything you need to cook and entertain while on holiday.
The property also includes a full-size bathroom with shower over bath, a fully equipped laundry with washing machine and dryer, and a separate powder room.
Orion is a boutique, secure complex offering two car parks (tandem) and lift access. Apartment 3 is situated on the second floor. Smoking is not permitted at Orion 3, including on the balcony. Pets are not permitted.

Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 7-minute drive north of the property and 6-minute drive south of the GC Airport.
