Modern Studio Retreat – Perfect for Relaxing Getaways

Looking for a cosy, convenient spot for your next holiday sleeping 2 guests? Our brand new build studio offers the perfect blend of comfort, privacy, and location.

The Space:

The bright and fresh coloured, modern open-plan studio has a very comfortable queen bed with fresh linens, a fully equipped kitchenette (induction cooktop, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware), a stylish ensuite bathroom with unlimited Wifi and Crome Cast TV for your downtime. The house is well insulated (a heater is at hand), connected to a solar system and roof water collection and is also fitted with a fire sprinkler system.

Access via hosts property, with a car park 50m away. Hosts will supply some jam and honey (due to availability) which comes from the property and will also pass on excess fruit / vegetables.

Due to the new-build character of the studio, the back of the main house and studio are still work in progress. There is also the owners dogs about and might pay you a visit. They are both inside when the owners are not at home.

Enjoy your stay within a clean, tidy, and comfortable setting and a quiet, safe neighbourhood!

Outdoors & Surroundings:

Private east facing outdoor seating area to enjoy your morning coffee, lunch & dinner. Motueka town is only a 10 minute drive away for you to enjoy local cafes, shops, supermarkets and local wineries and breweries.

Easy access to two local beaches & swimming spots / trout fishing at the river, short drives to Kaiteriteri or Marahau the gateway to Abel Tasman National Park. Motueka Skydive is also only a few minutes down the road.

A 35 minute drive takes you to Richmond with more shops, cafes and supermarkets.
