Welcome to Toby`s Cottage - it`s the blue-tiful one, across the road from the beach! Enjoy a newly built and beautifully located coastal escape just steps from Quindalup Beach and the safe sparkling waters of Geographe Bay. It’s an ideal spot for beach lovers of all ages!
The cottage is thoughtfully styled and fully equipped to make your stay relaxing and hassle-free. Inside, you’ll find comfortable furnishings, brand-new beds, and a welcoming living space perfect for unwinding after a day enjoying the south west.
There are four bedrooms in total: two with queen beds and two with twin singles. The master bedroom features its own modern ensuite, offering a little extra privacy and comfort. Whether you’re travelling as a family, a group of friends, or simply as a couple looking for a special getaway, the home is designed to suit a variety of stays.
The main living area features a very comfortable sofa, a large new smart TV and free high-speed WiFi. Every room is fully air-conditioned for year-round comfort. There’s also a delightful little office nook that opens onto the living space, making it easy to work or study while still being part of the action.
You’ll enjoy a beautiful, modern kitchen that’s fully equipped for cooking, along with a complete laundry to support longer stays. Outside, a lovely front verandah provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine and watch the world go by.
Dunsborough town centre is close by—just a pleasant 20-minute walk or a quick 2-minute drive—giving you easy access to shops, cafés and everything the region has to offer. There`s even a small playground very close by for the young ones.
The open-plan layout brings together the kitchen, dining and lounge areas, creating a relaxed, social space for everyone to enjoy - including you!
Outside there is also an EV charger and an outdoor shower.
Whole house is for your exclusive use.
Included in the cleaning fee - linen is provided and beds are made-up. Bath towels, hand towels and bath mats are also provided - please bring your own beach towels and face cloths.
This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, shower gel, dish washing liquid, sponge & bin bags, etc. is provided.
School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.
We wish you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.
Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
No pets, no parties – quiet after 10pm. Please note that the owner’s elderly parents live close by! This home is licensed for a maximum of 6 people (which includes children) at the premises at any one time. If you break these conditions, you will be required to leave immediately with no refund. If you open it close it, if you turn it on turn it off. If you take it out put it away. :) Be happy.
