After a long hike or day of skiing nearby, the fully equipped kitchen will be the hub for conversation and meal prep. Bring your favorite recipes along, as the modern appliances and open layout will allow the chef to show off their skills with ease. And, when nights come to a close, cozying up next to the fire on the sectional will be a perfect way to spend time with loved ones watching TV.

Sitting on a beautiful ridge along the Fraser River Trail, morning walks along the water will be a breeze. During cooler months, the skiers of the group can make a quick trip down to Winter Park and shred fresh powder from sunup to sundown. If you bring the kiddos along, they can have a blast at the Fraser Tubing Hill just over a mile away. Come summer, the hiking and biking trails will fill days with mountain adventure and downtown restaurants and shops are a mere mile away to curb appetites or grab a souvenir to remember such a fun trip.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
