Settle into the cosy occasional chairs with a coffee, enjoy a quiet movie in the lounge room, or savour a gentle evening drink on the deck with glimpses of the water. Where will I be?

Charm is tucked away on Tulip Strupeet in Hyams Beach, just a short and easy stroll from the Hyams Beach Café, Chinamans Beach, and Little Hyams Beach. If you feel like exploring further, the surrounding area offers plenty to enjoy—pristine beaches with famously white sand, peaceful nature trails through Booderee National Park, or a visit to nearby Huskisson for lunch at the Husky Pub or a dolphin or whale-watching cruise. You’ll also find a lovely selection of cafés, restaurants, and boutique stores in Huskisson.

Charm is a quant cottage is designed for couples in mind that has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Ideally positioned just one street back from the beach, it's only a short stroll to the cafe for a coffee or meal, and to the nearby beaches for a peaceful walk or a refreshing swim. If you enjoy cooking, there is a well equipped kitchen that makes preparation easy, or cook on the BBQ and enjoy dinner out on the deck overlooking the bay.

How is the property laid out?

Charm is spacious for a small cottage. It has an open plan kitchen and sitting area also with a dining table. There is a separate lounge room with TV, and the bedroom has a queen bed with luxurious linen. The bathroom has a shower and toilet, and also has washing facilities if needed.

WiFi, Internet, Netflix or Pay TV - will I have it?

Charm does supply WiFi, however, please keep in mind that connectivity can be intermittent in and around Jervis Bay.

If your house does have internet and if the owner makes it available to you, there is no guarantee of reliability or bandwidth by us or the owner. If internet access is critical during you stay, please make sure that you have a Plan B!

What about outdoors?

There is a deck with outdoor seating, and a large backyard which makes the property feel private. There is a hot and cold outdoor shower to refresh after a trip to the beach or a wilderness walk. Guests can enjoy a long, lazy afternoon in the hammock.

Staying warm or keeping cool?

Charm has reverse cycle airconditioning for year round comfort, or open the doors to get the gentle sea breeze!

What about sheets, towels and other supplies?

Luxury linen is provided for Charm. Please remember to bring your favourite beach towels!

Parking for cars, boats etc?

There is plenty of open air parking available and space to park a boat.

Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

Charm is not pet friendly. Please contact us for a list of our many pet-friendly options!

What are the minimum stay rules?

Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights

Are there any special Summer Season rules?

Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
