Fully renovated in 2025, this stylish and thoughtfully designed two-bedroom apartment offers a cosy coastal retreat perfect for your Sunshine Coast getaway.
Start your morning with coffee at the balcony breakfast bar, taking in the panoramic views of Alex Headland (the Bluff). During whale migration season, you might even catch a glimpse of these magnificent visitors passing by!

Bedroom 2: Two king single beds, built-in wardrobe, and ceiling fan.

Air conditioning and a smart TV ensure comfort entire and entertainment year-round. Open-plan layout flowing onto the balcony with panoramic ocean views.

Single lock-up garage (max height 1.97m fits a Prado with roof racks). Surfers are catered for with designated short and longboard surfboard racks. Plenty of unmetered street parking nearby.
Access & Building
The apartment is on the third floor, accessed via two flights of external stairs (no lift). A digital lock makes coming and going easy so no worries about losing keys in the sand! The Invisigard front security screen door allows oceans breezes to flow though while keeping you safe. The building is a classic coastal complex however the interior has had a complete 2025 modern renovation. Updates to shared areas are planned soon.

Please note that the unit is accessed via two flights of stairs.
You have access to a one car lock up garage with additional un-metered street parking available.
Other things to note
If bookings permit, we will endeavour to offer you an early check in or late check out as we understand how precious time away is.
All linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests booked.
We have kept our cleaning fee to a minimum which covers standard cleaning. Additional charges apply for excess rubbish, stains, breakages, or smoke residue. This includes any cleaning or damage caused by tanning products (e.g., stains on linen, towels, upholstery, or surfaces). Make up face cloths are provided for your use.
Guest numbers must not exceed 4 people.
We have a firm no smoking and no pets policy.
Strictly NO PARTIES or functions as this will result in immediate termination of your booking and loss of all monies paid.
No schoolies or school leaver bookings sorry.
Occupants must be over the age of 21 years old or accompanied by a person of parental age at all times.
We love our neighbours and the majority of them live and work here full time. Please keep the noise down between 9pm - 7am.
