The house is just as pictured and very clean. The price was good for Austin and the location was perfect for our visit, straightforward to find and an easy 15 minute walk to the Moody Center. The neighborhood is cute and felt safe and the street was weirdly quiet for being so close the I35. For some reason, I was picturing a little more privacy in the back yard space even though I think it was accurately represented in the description. You really are right up against the front of the other unit to the point that I would have felt bad hanging out back there. Would have made a very safe place to let your dog out though. I'm glad we stayed there and would definitely do so again.

Everything was great. I would just recommend a few more accoutrements. We had 4 guests and there were 4 plates. 4 coffee mugs - we needed to clean the dishes each time. Maybe a few more mugs and a couple more plates? We had to buy windex to clean up after ourselves, so I tried to wash the windows one day, too… spring cleaning! Host was responsive (AI?) and I would definitely stay here again!

This property is not as it is described on Vrbo. The "backyard" was overgrown and unkept, which made it to where you could not enjoy it. The shower door was missing in the bathroom, the host seemed to be unaware. The dishes in the cabinet were dirty as it seemed that the previous guest just used them and put them back, cleaning crew must have missed this. The street that this house is located on is used as a cut through to the freeway as it sits one house away from the access road, if you are looking for a quiet place, do not stay here, the house is not insulated well and you will here every car that passed by. The host was responsive via email and sent the cleaning crew to clean up the trash that was overflowing out of the trashcans and laying on the street out in front of the house and they also brought additional towels so that we could cleanup the water that ran out of the shower due to the missing shower door, those two things were positive, however we cut our stay short as it was just too uncomfortable.
