Well suited to those looking to maximise their time out and about exploring Queenstown. Facilities include ensuite bathroom, premium comfort king size bed, kitchenette with microwave & fridge, small 2 seater table, tea and coffee facilities, air conditioning, free car park and wifi. Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Guests have access to a shared outdoor BBQ & picnic area, the lakefront & marina.

Getting Around:

This central location makes it super easy to enjoy Queenstown, Frankton & surrounds whether by car, bus, walking or cycling. 100m walk to public bus stops on Frankton Rd heading to Queenstown, Frankton or Airport. NZ Ski (Coronet Peak & The Remarkables) & Cardrona buses during the ski season stop here also. 1x Car space is available for parking with this studio apartment. You’ll have easy access to Queenstown (8 minute drive) & Frankton (5 minute drive). Your apartment is directly on the walking & cycling trail between Frankton & Queenstown, giving you easy access to stretch your legs & get in a little exercise. This path winds along Lake Wakatipu and has gorgeous views out to the Remarkables, Deer Park Heights & Cecil Peak.

Limited views from within the apartment (no lake views).
