The Murray river is a short 5 minute walk at the end of the street.
A charming mount gambier stone home built in 1949 that is a family and pet friendly (1 small dog at owners discretion) holiday rental situated in the heart of Loxton with a short walk to the River!
A great opportunity for a small family or friends to relax in Loxton. Sleeps up to 10 in total.
Easy walk to the Main street and all its facilities.
Grassed fully fenced backyard to bring one small pet along too at owners discretion.
Ducted Reverse cycle air conditioning to cool/heat the whole home
Main bedroom includes a queen bed, T.V and chair to read a book or enjoy a cuppa.
Bedroom 2 queen bed
Bedroom 3 queen bed and 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4 / Games room double sofa bed which can be a private bedroom with use of another
entry point.
Dining includes a dining table that seats 8-10.
