So much attention to detail at this lovely cabin; cozy house robes, clean and spacious hot tub, super comfortable bed & linens, beautiful woodwork throughout. Used as base for our YNP visit; 30 minutes to west entrance, very convenient and great quiet area.

Island Park - Yellowstone

We had a fantastic stay at the 1849 Cabin! No detail was overlooked at this wonderful property. Nestled in a quiet community, it was the perfect place to start and end our outdoor adventures in Island Park and Yellowstone NP. The cabin had all the amenities our family needed - and more! From the rustic decor and personal touches, to the hot tub / patio area, the cabin far exceeded our expectations. The hosts were welcoming and responsive. We’ll definitely be back!

Relaxing stay after a week in Yellowstone!

Cabin was perfect for the family to relax after a week in Yellowstone! The decor and design of the cabin was immaculate. Kitchen was easy to cook meals in after eating so many Bison Burgers! The hot tub was clean and spacious! The bathrooms were amazingly updated and convenient to shower in! The beds were comfy and the pictures and quaint flowers made you feel comfortable and smiling! Would 100% recommend!

“Oasis in the Woods”

This log cabin is a DREAM HOME in the woods. It is meticulously decorated with traces of the outdoor brought indoors. It is adorned with antiques, high ceilings, comfy beds, fully stocked kitchen, plush towels and bedding, spacious bathrooms with one handi-capped accessible walk in shower, a beautiful patio complete with hot tub. We thought the property would be very secluded but there were cabins near by. We were impressed with the size and cleanness, great decor, and a welcoming gift. Very peaceful setting, comfortable beds and furniture and there was also a spice rack.

Perfect Cabin

This property was spotless clean, and has everything you could possibly need. The owners make you feel so welcome, and are quick to respond to any inquiries you may have. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable, and the hot tub is amazing. The cabin is located in a neighborhood, but also feels very private and quiet. There is even a grocery store close by. This cabin exceeded our expectations by far. I would give it 20 stars if I could.

This place was incredible! Greeted with a card and a box of chocolate. This place was very clean, and comfortable! The detail of this place was very well done! It was so comfortable. Beautiful cabin

We stayed here for 4 nights while visiting Yellowstone. It was about a 25 min drive to the West gate. There’s a grocery store less than a minute away, which was very convenient. The cabin was spotless and beautiful. There were lots of unique details and the decor just made it a very special stay. It is not remote, but we enjoyed eating outside, and the area was very quiet. Great place, and we’d definitely stay again!
