A modern, well-appointed bathroom and a welcoming living area provide plenty of space to unwind after a day in the sun.
The kitchen comes equipped with the essentials you need for easy meals at home, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before hitting the beach or enjoying a laid-back dinner in. One of the home’s standout features is its spacious deck, ideal for soaking up the sea breeze, gathering with loved ones, or simply relaxing with a good book. Located directly across the street from the beach, you’ll have effortless access to the shoreline—just grab your towel and go.
Positioned on the corner of the loop, the property also offers unbeatable people-watching, giving you a front-row seat to the energy and charm of the neighborhood. With its prime location, comfortable amenities, and inviting atmosphere, this beach retreat is a perfect home base for your next coastal escape.

Stay Requirements: Flexible arrivals in summer with a 3-night minimum stay. Minimum of 2-night stay in other seasons.
Bedding Configuration: 2 Queen, 2 Twin.
Parking: Assigned parking in driveway for 2 vehicles.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed.
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Use of Exterior Lift, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund. All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
