The Space:

The Living Room, a shared space, invites you to unwind with a cozy sofa bed and entertainment via a TV. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The dining area provides a space for enjoying meals. Step outside onto the patio or balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Upstairs, Bedroom 1 offers privacy in the lofted space with a queen bed. Additional amenities include a washer and dryer, ensuring your comfort. Outside, enjoy the BBQ grill for outdoor cooking and the hot tub for relaxation. The cabin offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, making it perfect for a relaxing retreat.

Outdoor Living - Enjoy the outdoors with a covered porch, charcoal grill, outdoor dining and lounging areas, a fire pit, and a porch swing.

Getting Around:

You will need a vehicle to access this property. There isn't reliable public transportation in the area.



Other Things to Note:

**This property is NOT pet friendly. There will be fines imposed for any evidence of unauthorized pets. Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed at this property.

**Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.

**The pool & hot tub at this location are maintained by the HOA Maintenance team, please be advised that their team can close the area for routine maintenance at any time without notice. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the pool to be open at all times during in season hours, but we assure you that their team works quickly to have the areas opened back up as soon as possible. We do not issue refunds for amenity closures. Thanks for your understanding.
