Huatulco Condo central location-Available March 14-April 1

A fantastic condo in the new Solana Development. We are seeking a longer term rental tenant for the May - October timeframe. Ideally seeking a 3-6 month tenant but open to 1 month minimum. We also have availability March 14-April 1, 2026. Last minute discounts now apply. Discounts also for May-October. This walkable location is 5 minutes to Chahue beach and 6 minutes to Chedraui supermarket that makes it easy for quick grocery pickups on the way home from the beach or from one of the many tours available in amazing Huatulco. It’s a 20 minute walk to downtown La Crucecita and the main square or El Centro as it’s called. A wonderful place to hangout in the evening with all its restaurants. Try out the Churos on the corner of the square. They are amazing. It’s also a 12 minute walk to Santa Cruz. This is where the cruise ships dock should they be in town and the location of the Saturday morning market.

Deck
Unit is on the 3rd floor and the deck faces northeast. This allows for a fully shaded deck almost all day, which is what you want in Huatulco. You will get some sun in the very late afternoon. Great for viewing the sunsets over the hills. The expansive deck includes table, 4 chairs as well as I sitting area with another 2 chairs and a couch for those late day naps. Both the bedroom and living room include large patio doors leading to the deck. The deck is where you will want to eat and spend your time when you’re in the condo.

Bedroom
Generous size bedroom with with king size bed. There is storage under the bed for clothes as well as a large closet and shelving. Includes a dedicate bathroom and shower. There is also a dedicated SMART TV within the bedroom.

Living Area
Murphy Bed in living room. Upscale Palliser leather furniture can easily be moved to accommodate the Murphy bed when in use. There is a discreet curtain that can be drawn to provide some privacy for the guests in the living room. Starlink high speed wifi.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a blender and a juicer for amazing smoothies or freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning.

2nd bathroom
The 2nd bathroom also includes a shower that gives those extra guest in the living room their own bathroom.

Elevator
We always say, no elevators when on holidays, but should you need one the condo is just steps from the elevator door.

Pool
Large shared pool and chairs are available for your use.

Storage Unit
There is also a storage unit you have access too. It includes 3 beach chairs, Umbrella, Neso shade tent, 2 smaller body boards and 2 snorkel sets. All of this is available for your use.

Non-Smoking Property
Completely non-smoking property including deck and all property locations.



The Personal Touch:
We have been coming to Huatulco for 15 years and this is our newly purchased personal condo. We have local management in place for emergency’s but we also take pride in making sure you have a great holiday experience. You will be dealing with the Owner and we take pride in the property and all it has to offer. We are happy to provide tips on things to do, restaurants, beaches, etc. and have a binder in the condo with this information as well.
