Ground: The ground floor has a spacious lounge with feature fireplace (decorative only) and Smart TV. Further down the hall the study/bedroom has a dedicated workstation desk and queen Murphy bed that is ideal for work from home or extra guests. Next to the study/bedroom is a modern bathroom with shower and light court outlook. Then enter the contemporary kitchen with stone benchtop with stools, quality appliances and a stocked basic pantry. The dining area that comfortably seats six opens to the sunny rear courtyard. The courtyard is complete with an alfresco dining table, barbeque, a cantilever umbrella and herb-filled garden bed for the cook’s convenience.



First Floor: Upstairs is the mezzanine main queen bedroom retreat. The bright sunny bedroom has a generous built-in wardrobe, Smart TV, adjacent stylish bathroom with shower/bath and European laundry (washer/dryer) and a balcony with table and chair that’s perfect for a morning coffee or evening relaxation with the cityscape outlook.

● Guests are allowed visitors but strictly NO PARTIES at any time under any circumstances.

● Guests are required to be mindful of neighbours at all times.

● No amplified music, late-night noise or outdoor entertaining from 10pm to 9am.

● The house is smoke, e-cigarette and vape free. Guest may smoke outside in the front entrance, outdoor on the first floor balcony or in the rear courtyard.

● Guests are required to take the council rubbish bins out on Sunday night and return then on Monday after collection.

● Sorry, no pets.

● Please make sure to return the keys to the key safe lock box and kitchen bench on departure. Unreturned keys will incur a fee of $100 per missing key.
