About this space;
This stylish modern sanctuary is an amazing base to explore all that Brisbane has to offer…and when you're explored out, retreat home to our tranquil space and hide away until you're ready to do it all again 😊
We have all you could possibly need for an escape in the inner city.
You’ll feel a million miles away from the city, yet it’s only 5kms + surrounded by lush green parks.
The space;
The building is an individual freehold townhouse, in a boutique block of only 3 townhouses.
Inside is extremely private, with 3 bedroom - 2 Double-size bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a Queen-size bedroom with ensuite.
• Ducted heating and cooling throughout.
• A sleek kitchen plus a breakfast bar for perching with absolutely everything you’ll need to bake, fry, sauté + grill!
• Dedicated study space for working from home or those travelling for work.
• Living is a chill space for reading, games and lounging + connect to the Lightning-fast WiFi (300Mbps+ down) with streaming on Smart TV
• Outdoor dining on a covered deck, barbeque for eating in or entertaining and an infrared sauna for detoxing.
• An inviting, moody and intimate atmosphere in the evening and oozes natural light from the skylight and rake ceilings during the day.
• Sleek modern interiors are just the way we like them.
• There’s also a full laundry with Washing Machine & Dryer + everything you’ll need to keep clean :)
Perfect for families, singles, couples, + professionals, but NOT for parties of any description….
To stress the above point, if you have any intention of having a party or breaking our house rules in anyway, PLEASE do not book our property.
