- Air Conditioning: The home is equipped with three industrial strength portable air conditioners that can be adjusted from freezerlike conditions to gentle breeze.
- Airflow: This home is designed like a greenhouse and enjoys plenty of natural airflow thanks to the ocean breeze, for those who prefer natural air
- Cameras: For security, there are cameras positioned both outside and inside the property. The internal cameras will remain switched off at all times during your stay.
- Stairs: There are 6 steps leading up to the front door, as well as 6 steps from the garage to the backyard. Please also note that the main bedroom and the additional two bedrooms are located upstairs on the second level.
