Steps from the Sandgate foreshore and the Sandgate Aquatic Centre, this spacious retreat places coastal walking paths, parks and local cafés right at your doorstep. Inside, a light-filled living area opens to a fully equipped kitchen, three full bathrooms and a private laundry designed for longer stays. Two breezy decks invite yoga and laid-back alfresco dining, while the sparkling pool offers a refreshing escape after exploring the bay. Brisbane Airport is just an easy drive from your stay.
The home offers an easy, breezy coastal calm, with light-filled interiors and leafy outlooks creating a relaxed sense of retreat. Upstairs, the open-plan living zone unfolds under soaring ceilings, offering a bright and welcoming space to gather, with plush seating and a large-screen TV creating an inviting spot for relaxed downtime.
The well-equipped kitchen features modern appliances, stone benchtops, pendant lighting and a generous walk-in pantry that expands your prep and storage space, keeping the open area clutter-free. The dining table encourages long, easy meals, with seating for up to ten guests.
Thoughtfully separated across both levels, the bedrooms offer a balance of privacy and comfort, each fitted with a ceiling fan. Upstairs, the primary bedroom provides a peaceful haven with upper-deck access, split-system air conditioning and a private ensuite. The nearby bunk room, which also has its own ensuite, features a queen bed on the bottom, a king single on top, and a single trundle underneath, offering excellent flexibility for families or mixed groups. Downstairs, two additional bedrooms open directly to the lower deck: one with a king bed, and the other with two king single beds that can join to make a king bed upon request at no additional cost. A third bathroom with a walk-in shower supports everyday comfort, while the laundry area offers full convenience for extended stays. A portable crib and a baby bath support are available and can be found in the primary bedroom’s ensuite.
