Situated on the picturesque outskirts of Berry Village, Mabel's Cottage is a delightful 1920s-character home set within a large, sprawling property, adorned with enchanting country gardens. This idyllic retreat, nestled amidst serene dairy farm landscapes, perfectly blends the tranquillity of the countryside on over 3,000 sq metres, with the vibrant charm of Berry Village. Guests are just a short walk from an array of quaint shops, cozy cafes, and inviting restaurants.

Mabel's Cottage beautifully preserves its historical essence, featuring classic elements such as high ceilings and American White Oak hardwood flooring. These vintage aspects are thoughtfully integrated with modern amenities, including a fully updated kitchen and a luxurious bathroom, complete with a standalone, claw-footed bathtub.

The cottage offers a range of accommodation options, each designed for comfort. Bedrooms 1 and 2 both have king beds (that can be split into 2 x single beds) whilst Bedroom 3 features a cozy queen-size bed, ensuring a restful night for all guests. The master bedroom, a luxurious haven, includes an ensuite and a private sitting area with a bonus sofa bed. The other two bedrooms, warm and welcoming, share a well-appointed bathroom that features a distinctive claw-footed tub.

At the heart of the cottage is the open plan living, kitchen, and dining area, where rustic charm meets modern functionality. This inviting space opens onto a beautiful timber deck, providing stunning views of the rural surroundings, the expansive yard, and the property's meticulously maintained country gardens.

Firewood is provided from the Easter Long weekend through to the October long weekend or as advised by the NSW Rural Fire Service - Fire Danger Ratings and Fire Bans
The Fire Pit is only for use during the winter months.
