Step inside to sun-filled, open-plan living with modern interiors, high ceilings, and a relaxed coastal vibe. The living and dining areas flow seamlessly to the alfresco terrace and secure backyard, ideal for children or simply enjoying a sunny Bondi afternoon.
The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, perfect for preparing everything from casual breakfasts to special dinners. The home features 3 stylish bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Guest have full access to the house, except for the 5th Bedroom which will be locked for personal storage purposes. Other than that guests are most welcome to enjoy the entire property :)
The Neighborhood:
Bondi Beach is one of Australia’s most iconic beaches, famous for its golden sand, world-class surf, and vibrant coastal lifestyle. Just 700 m from our home, you can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, or surfing, then explore nearby cafés, boutique shops, and casual dining along Hall Street.
Take a scenic stroll along the Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, or join the locals for weekend markets, yoga on the beach, or beachfront picnics. Bondi is perfect for families, couples, or friends looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure by the sea.
Getting Around:
The 379 Bus is right on your doorstep and will take you straight to Bondi Junction Train Station and the main bus depot in the Eastern Suburbs. Alternatively, just a 5 minute stroll down Lamrock Ave to Campbell Parade you can jump on the 333 Bus which takes you straight to the Sydney CBD and Circular Quay.

Bus stop to Bondi Junction is 100m from the house.
Other Things to Note:
-Please keep the noise down after 10pm.
A non-refundable 4.5% fee applies to all payments made by credit or debit card. The service fee is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
