This gorgeous, luxury family home has only just been completed in July 2024, and is now available to be enjoyed for the best of the Queenstown seasons.

A huge kitchen features a state of the art Falcon oven with 4 seperate oven compartments and a 6 burner induction cook top. 2 dishwashers make keeping on top of dishes simple for your holiday and the large kitchen pantry offers everything you will need for your stay.

The dining area offers comfortable seating for 8 and opens up onto the north facing courtyard to enjoy the best of the jacks point evenings. A bar area features a 2x temp zoned wine fridge and a sate of the art espresso coffee machine with beans for your use (alcoholic beverages do not come with).

The living area is the pièce de résistance of the home with gorgeous views down to the lake, a stone feature wall with a gas fireplace and easy flow to both south and north facing outdoor areas. To the south is a deck area which also flows out to a sunken Pinot Pit. There is a fire pit here which doubles as a hot plate for cooking on- the perfect late afternoon spot for cooking and enjoying a beverage.
To the north is a courtyard area offering both dining and lounge seating, with views up to The Remarkables peaks over the home.
Or Perhaps it will be the lush grassy courtyard calls to you for some relaxation in the sun.
Back in the main home you’ll find 4 bedrooms for sleeping:
1 Master Bedroom with a king bed, large his and hers ensuite bathroom and a WIR
1 Bedroom with a king bed, ample storage and hanging space and ensuite bathroom. This room has its own external access too.
2 bedrooms that run off the second living space - 1 with a queen bed and 1 with a king
These 2 bedrooms share the large main bathroom and also has its own external access.

This second living is set up as a ‘kids wing’ with 2 TVs- one in the loft and one in the living room. There are numerous cupboards filled with dolls, barbies, Lego, colouring books, puzzles, board and card games, and a bookshelf full of kids books and kids novels.

Above the living room at the bedroom end of the house is a loft accessed by a purpose built steel and tube ladder. Up in this large loft space are 2 mattresses on the floor (made up of 2 mattresses each so total of 4) that can be used as beds for children/teens, and another TV is up there too. These 2 beds are included in the ability to sleep 10x otherwise the house sleeps 8 in full beds.
Note: the mattress beds are really only appropriate for kids/young teens as are 2 foam mattresses on top of each other - utilised for sleepovers. There are skylight windows that open (and have an awesome view) and the space shares the air con to it from the living space. This room has no curtains, and is only closed off to the living space below by slats. See photos for reference. Outside large sliders in the Master Bedroom you’ll find a Stoke Stainless Steel electric hot tub, perched perfectly under The Remarkables with the most gorgeous view to take in while you soak. Over and above all this is our laundry with washer, dryer and outdoor service area with a large clothes line and spare drying racks. Joinery feature entryway storage allows you to hide away shoes and extra items of clothing and offers the guest WC behind a hidden joinery door also.

We live in jacks point. It’s a private development situated on New Zealand’s 3rd ranked golf course. It is 10 minutes from the international airport, 20 minutes from centre of Queenstown and close to the remarkable ski field.

Enjoy the convenience of strolling to the Jack's Point Clubhouse for a coffee, wine or a lovely meal- with an outlook over Lake Tewa. Explore the surrounding trails by foot or on your bike, play a round of golf, a game of tennis and even pop down to enjoy a lake swim at Homestead Bay, Lake Whakatipu.
