Upstairs, the open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area creates a welcoming hub for guests to gather. Step out onto the balcony, complete with BBQ and outdoor seating, where you can unwind and enjoy the sea breeze after a day at the beach. The modern kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, and Breville coffee machine, ensuring you have everything you need to cook and entertain with ease.

This home includes three well-appointed bedrooms with the master offering a queen bed, and two additional bedrooms each offering double beds. All rooms feature ceiling fans and hanging space for your convenience. There are bathrooms on both levels, providing added comfort for your stay.

Downstairs, an additional lounge area includes a TV and fold-out sofa bed, ideal for children or extra guests. There’s also a surfboard stand by the front entry, making it easy to store your boards and gear after exploring Goolwa’s popular surf beaches.
