Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location and facility were perfect for our family stay. A short direct walk to the beach made it easy for our three grandkids to quickly and easily get to and from the beach. Weather, water and beach were perfect. This was our second year at this location and our first choice in the future.

Le Fortune was a true fortune

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was excellent. The unit was beautiful and very clean. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating. Our coffee maker was not working and they came immediately with a replacement. Hector the property manager was very helpful before and after our arrival. Of course, the view was spectacular. The amenities were as described and better. Some things I would change, the clothes bar in the closets was to high for me to reach,(they did send a step stool for me), We did not care for the metal dining room chairs ,uncomfortable. But overall it was fantastic . Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you

We had previously had upholstered chairs for the dining room table but these would become so stained from food/drink spills as well as sunscreen so the best option was the metal. Nice place but listing is very misleading! Duplex not a house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Pretty place, but several disappointments. The description of this home is made out to be like it’s one stand alone house. IT IS NOT. It is a duplex/condo connected to another “house”. Nowhere in the description was that specified. If you have SUV’s or trucks you will NOT be able to fit 4 in driveway. Pictures are accurate as far as furniture and decor; HOWEVER, the kitchen/living area is very small for this to sleep 16 people. There is no way 16 would fit all at once in living area. It was crowded with our party of 7. There are 2 small sectionals that fit about 2-3 people comfortably and one is right under the TV so only one sofa can see the tv. It’s a very odd set up.Kitchen is well equipped with everything as far as dishes, utensils, pots, pans, but aome of the dishes are so high up in cabinets you’d have to be at least 5’10-5’11 to get them. I’m short so this sucked.The house is not only attached to another but also about 5ft from the next set of duplexes. Our neighbors were up until all hours and their kitchen/ living space backed up to the side of all of our bedrooms. We had to put fans on to hide the noise. We knew it was on the main road, but beware it’s very loud with traffic/kids riding golf carts into the later hours.The 1st floor king suite bathroom needs serious updating. The other bathrooms are suitable. Shower heads are awful! The home sleeps plenty of people and beds are comfortable. Beware..the 1st floor has a king suite w/bathroom but the queen bunk room also on that level does not. If you have kids sleeping in the bunk room they will have to use the king suite bathroom (the tiniest of all of them). Super inconvenient.The 2 beachfront suites have wine coolers which is nice so you don’t have to go upstairs. Beachfront access was amazing and wasn’t too crowded. Nice to have a beach chair set up included. Plenty of extra chairs and umbrellas,

It was amazing! We had 8 adults and 4 children and the space was perfect. The furniture was nice and the little pool was so nice to watch our grandchildren play safely. The host and his staff were wonderful. My goal is to stay again next year, absolutely no complaints. Thank you for a beautiful stay!

If you are handicapped you need another place. No grab bars and very difficult to get into master bathroom with a walker, wheelchair, or scooter. Besides that was very nice. When something was broken they showed up right away. Thank you for allowing us to stay there.
