2 full bathrooms on the second floor (hall bath: tub/shower combo; master bath: walk-in shower, double vanity)
1/2 bath on the main floor
3/4 bath in the basement
-Laundry: Located in the 2nd floor hallway.
-Interior Features: Extensively remodeled with hardwood floors throughout. Sunken living room on main floor—watch your step.
-Yard & Outdoor Amenities: Full privacy fence, gas grill, fire pit, and outdoor table with seating for 4.
*House 2:
-Bedrooms: Four spacious bedrooms:
Master: King bed with full attached bath
Bedroom 2: Queen bed + pull-out trundle, desk, closet, books
Bedroom 3: Two singles (can push together as a double), two closets, iron & ironing board
Bedroom 4: Two singles (one pull-out trundle)

Pool & Hot Tub Guidelines
Hot Tub (House 1):
Place one chlorine tablet in the filter after each use.
Intended for 3-4 people at a time, with 1-hour time limits and no more than 2-3 uses per day.
Rinse off lotions and perfumes before entering.
Cloudy water may be caused by overuse or lack of chlorine.
Follow posted rules—if the tub requires draining, cleaning, and refilling due to not following guidelines, a $200 fee may be charged.
Pool (House 2):
Swim at your own risk.
One patio stone is slightly loose—please be careful when walking on the patio.
