Electricity is covered up to $75 per month.

Included: linens, towels, cable TV (basic), Wifi Internet (free), washer/dryer (on suite), full kitchen, and AC (portable or central). NOT included: Toiletries, condiments (salt, pepper, ketchup, etc.), soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, toilet paper (2 rolls are complimentary upon arrival), and paper towels.

There is a one time cleaning fee of $375 and a one time check-in fee of $300.

All reservations will be confirmed within 24 hours after booking.

Minimum rental age is: 25.
