Inside, you’ll find everything you need to feel at home. The property offers three well-appointed bedrooms, each with blackout curtains and plush bedding for a restful sleep. The luxe bathroom includes a double shower and vanity, adding a touch of indulgence to your stay.



Enjoy subtle sea views on the horizon and the peaceful sounds of the island around you. You’re just a 10-minute walk to the Palm Beach Store and beach, with easy access to bus routes connecting you to the ferry terminal and Waiheke’s renowned vineyards.



Private parking is available. Please note, the property is accessed via an external staircase and is not wheelchair accessible.

The property is made up with doubles (king), upon request we can split one of the beds to x2 singles.

We always try to accommodate early check-ins and will send you a message on the day as soon as the property is ready. We provide all linen and bath towels. If you require beach towels, please bring your own, or we can arrange hire with advance notice. Baby items including portacots are available to hire too.
