Unit A has FULL kitchen & Unit B boasts a modern smaller kitchenette. This listing merges two adjoining lock-off units (Unit A + Unit B) via a shared PRIVATE foyer, giving you both privacy and shared living under one roof. Enjoy privacy when you want it—or open things up for everyone to be together! It is perfect for families, multi-family vacations, or group getaways.

This Unit is located on the beautiful Oceanfront property of Sunrise Ridge Resort on Vancouver Island. It is literally on Resort Drive right beside the famous Ti-Na-Mara, Grotto Spa. During your stay, you will have access to the entire AB Unit and many of the Resort amenities at no charge. This Unit is equipped with Keyless entry. There is no need to check in with the front desk as we are your Hosts and will provide you with your own personalized door code to gain access.
Other things to note:
This is a Main floor AB Unit that can accommodate up to 8 people comfortably. Both the A Unit and B Unit are listed and available for booking individually. Please reach out, and we will assist.
This is a family-friendly resort - please, no parties or loud gatherings.
For any booking over 15 business days, you will have to sign a rental agreement with a $300 security deposit.

If you are a professional golfer or an amateur like me - please check out our local golf courses. They range from reasonably priced to more luxurious. We love to play 9 holes at Brigadoon Golf Course in Parksville. If you are looking for more PGA style pricing check out Fairwinds or Morningstar.

Located on Resort Drive which has a great pathway to walk or ride your bike along. Resort drive in itself has lots of family-friendly things to do all within walking distance from Sunrise Ridge including; Spas, Mini Golf, Bumper Boats Aracade. Ice cream shop, Restaurants and more!
Plus, there is 7 kms of coastline along Craig Bay and adjacent Rathtrevor Beach for you to explore. We recommend bringing your water shoes to help you over the rocky areas. Don't worry, there is literally miles of sandy beach to explore!
