The second bedroom offers a king size bed, third bedroom a queen size bed, and fourth bedroom a bunk bed.

The pool area is screened-in to keep most all unwanted bugs out, offers plenty of seating, smart TV, pool light with different colors, and hot tub, Just outside the pool cage is a fire pit, BBQ and little tiki hut, perfect for gathering around and enjoying some cocktails while sipping on your favorite cocktail.

For children, the game room is the perfect spot away from children, or the perfect spot for parents to get a much needed break after a busy day from the children? You decide - the air conditioned space offers a large smart TV, comfortable sofa, convertible billiard/ ping pong table, pac man arcade game and more to keep everyone entertained in separate space away from the living room.

Accessible boat dock is approx. 17' long. Pictured boat length is 23'. The boat lift is unfortunately not available to renters. Boat trailer parking on property is limited to one week.
