The fee for lost set of key and fob is $100.
(1) This building strictly enforces an occupancy limit of 2 people per bedroom. The maximum number of guests we can accommodate in this unit is 4 adults plus 2 children under the age of 16. All guests must be disclosed to host before check-in and registered at the front desk.
(2) All visitors of guests must check in with their ID with the front-desk prior to entering the property.
(3) No loud noise on the property between the hours of 9pm-9am.
(4) All guests must enter and exit the property through the front/restaurant entrance or courtyard. Entrance and exit through the back stair case and alley is strictly prohibited.
(5) Rules are strictly enforced by the front desk of the building. If any rules are broken, guests will be asked to leave the property and guests will forfeit the full cost of their stay.
