Welcome to our beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home home in one of Auckland’s most desirable neighbourhoods—St Marys Bay. Just a stone’s throw from Auckland`s central business district, Westhaven Marina, and the vibrant heart of Ponsonby, you’ll be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining, shopping, and entertainment. Whether you`re here for business, a family getaway, or a relaxing escape, this spacious and elegant residence provides a perfect base for your stay.
Spread across three expansive levels, this stylish and comfortable home offers the perfect blend of space and privacy, and breathtaking views. Perfect for corporates, groups of friends, or families (with older children).
Ground Floor
Enter through a welcoming hallway into the lower level, where you’ll find Bedrooms 2 and 3, along with the main bathroom. Bedroom 2 is generously sized and opens directly onto a lush lawn. It also features a dedicated workspace and a convenient kitchenette equipped with a mini-fridge, kettle, and Nespresso Machine — ideal for guests seeking a bit more privacy or independence.
First Floor
Ascend to the heart of the home: a bright, open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area. This space is designed for both relaxing and entertaining, complete with panoramic views over the city, harbour, and Rangitoto Island. Sliding doors open onto a covered patio with comfortable outdoor lounge seating and a BBQ — perfect for alfresco dining or enjoying a quiet morning coffee.
Top Floor
The top level is dedicated to the luxurious master suite, featuring a vaulted ceiling, a sumptuous California king bed, and stunning views of the Sky Tower. Just a few steps down, you`ll discover a second, intimate living area with a TV and access to another covered patio — the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset over the harbour and Rangitoto.
With a beautifully landscaped garden and seamless indoor-outdoor flow, this home offers year-round comfort and style. All bedrooms are serviced by air-conditioning, ensuring a restful stay no matter the season.
Located just a short walk from some of Auckland’s best restaurants and most vibrant bars, you’ll be perfectly positioned to enjoy the city’s buzzing dining and nightlife scene — then retreat to the peace and privacy of your own space.
For added convenience, the property includes an internal garage with one secure parking space.
Guests will have full exclusive access to the property.

St Marys Bay is one of Auckland`s most prestigious neighbourhoods. It`s a family-friendly area packed with great cafes, restaurants, boutiques and pretty streets to stroll. You`re just a few minutes walk to the bus that will take you everywhere you need to go in the CBD and surrounds, 5 minutes from the sea wall and the base of the Harbour Bridge at Westhaven Marina and 15 minutes to Ponsonby Central with its organic market, restaurants and shops.
Two great regular buses (the Inner Link and Outer Link) take a continuous loop between Ponsonby, the CBD, Britomart, the Museum, Newmarket, Grafton (where the hospital is), the universities and suburbs close to the city. There`s a stop just at the top of our road (2-3 minute walk), and it`s a cheap and easy way to get around. An Uber into the city will cost about $8 on average. The new Waterview Tunnel has cut down the travel time to and from the airport, making your trip faster no matter how you make it. We`d recommend a taxi, shuttle or Uber, as the airport bus does not stop anywhere near our area, meaning you`ll need to pick up one of those to get from the city drop-off point.
We are sorry we cannot accept bookings for families with young children, as the balconies are very high and the staircases steep. Unfortunately, this property is also not suitable for those with accessibility concerns.
✧ We require our guests to be considerate and mindful of noise, particularly during quiet hours, 10pm – 7am.
✧ Strictly no parties or large gatherings. Guests are to be respectful towards the house and neighbour`s, with no disturbance to the neighbourhood. Violation of this will result in immediate eviction without refund at the host`s decision regardless of policy and booking in place.
✧ Absolutely no smoking within the property including the patio areas.
✧ Please remove shoes when entering the property.
✧ If excess rubbish has been left onsite or the rubbish collection was missed, we may have to charge a $100 rubbish removal fee depending on whether we need to get a handyman to remove.
*Extended stays are welcome, and a special rate can be quoted on application.
