The Space:

This newly built townhouse embodies the relaxed sophistication of tropical north living, blending contemporary design with all the essentials for an effortless coastal escape. The main living area is styled for comfort with soft leather sofas, a TV, and plantation shutters that fill the space with natural light. Upstairs, a second lounge with plush seating and another TV provides a quiet spot for family downtime.



The kitchen is a highlight of the home—sleek and fully equipped with quality appliances, an oversized island bench, and bar seating perfect for casual breakfasts or evening chats while cooking. A Nespresso coffee station, modern cookware, and generous pantry space make it ideal for longer stays, while a dining table nearby offers a relaxed spot for casual bites.



Outside, the private oasis invites open-air living—dine under festoon lights at the covered alfresco table, fire up the BBQ, or unwind on the sun loungers surrounded by tropical palms and heliconias. The backyard feels tranquil and secluded, perfect for morning yoga or quiet reading. On sunny days, wander over to the shared pool surrounded by lush greenery, where rustling palms and soft breezes set the scene for refreshing dips before returning to your retreat as evening falls.



Upstairs, three beautifully styled bedrooms offer a quiet retreat. The primary suite, accessible through the second lounge, includes a king bed, a walk-in wardrobe, and an elegant ensuite with dual vanities and a walk-in shower. Two queen bedrooms continue the calming aesthetic and share a modern second bathroom.



Additional features include an internal laundry with a washer, a dryer located in the garage, a downstairs powder room, ceiling fans, split-system air conditioning in every room, secure garage parking for one vehicle, and an on-site visitor parking space for convenience.



Please note: Internal stairs connect the two levels of the townhouse and may be unsuitable for guests with mobility limitations.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire townhouse to yourselves, including access to the communal pool. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Set in the heart of Palm Cove, this townhouse is just a 12-minute walk to the beach, where you can cool off in the ocean or relax beneath the swaying palms. Stroll along the Esplanade and discover boutique shops, vibrant cafés, and some of North Queensland’s finest dining. Enjoy bold Asian flavours at Temple of Tastes, modern Australian cuisine at Nu Nu, or the famous whipped barramundi at Miguel’s. For a beachfront breakfast or sunset cocktail, Vivo Palm Cove is a local favourite. As the day winds down, wander to Palm Cove Jetty for breathtaking sunset views over the Coral Sea.



Adventure seekers can head to Skypark Cairns by AJ Hackett—just an 11-minute drive away—for bungee jumping, giant swings, and panoramic rainforest views. A 17-minute drive leads to Hartley’s Crocodile Adventures, where you can meet koalas, kangaroos, and the region’s most iconic reptiles.



Getting Around:

Parking: There is one free parking spot available in the garage. There is also free street parking. Visitor parking spots not available for guest use.



Airport: 25 minutes by car, or 40 minutes by bus (including a 10-minute walk).



Public Transport: 7-minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
