Our unit is provided for your enjoyment during your stay. We hope you are considerate and respectful of the care of the property and your neighbours. Please note that smoking/vaping is prohibited - violations are subject to fines. In the unfortunate event of an accident please be aware it is the guests responsibility that any damages must be paid for. A $150 extra fee applies for callout after normal business hours Mon-Fri. The property shall not be used by more than the maximum number of guests allowed. The person who makes the booking must be one of the guests staying. No schoolies allowed. Please comply with the parking instructions and show consideration to your neighbours . All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 48 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.
Interaction with Guests:
Garage is off-limits but there is easy parking for one car in front of the garage or free street parking just out front. The person booking must be one of the guests staying. No schoolies allowed.
